Return Policy

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of saffron and related products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. We ensure that every order is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch to maintain product integrity and quality.

However, if you receive:

• A damaged product,
• An incorrect item, or
• A package that is tampered with,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details. Our team will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, subject to approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of placing the order and before shipment dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment.

• Refund Processing Timeline: Refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 business days of approval. However, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
• In case of payment failure or duplicate transaction, any excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7 business days.

Important Notes

• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
• No refunds or cancellations will be entertained for customized, bulk, or special charity campaign-based orders once confirmed.
