Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of saffron and related products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. We ensure that every order is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch to maintain product integrity and quality.
However, if you receive:
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details. Our team will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, subject to approval.
Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of placing the order and before shipment dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
